On October 15, 2025, members of our project team attended an important seminar in Bratislava organized by SAAIC – the National Agency of the Erasmus+ Programme. The event, titled „How to Maximize the Impact of KA2 Projects,“ was hosted by the Clarion Hotel and brought together project implementers from all over Slovakia.

The goal of the meeting was to discuss how to ensure that the results of our work do not remain just „on paper“ but have a real and lasting contribution to education. The seminar program was packed with practical information. Experts addressed key topics such as planning and measuring impact, as well as the sustainability of results and outputs after the funding ends.

For the ISCEM project, which focuses on the creation of innovative digital materials and inclusion, the afternoon part of the program was particularly crucial. During the group work sessions, we had the opportunity to exchange experiences with other project implementers and receive feedback on our procedures.

We are taking away new inspiration and tools from the seminar that will help us more effectively set up the dissemination of our outputs. We want our digital textbooks and methodologies for the inclusion of migrants to find application at universities not only during the project’s duration but also long after its completion.
